MOMENT OF MOU SIGNING BETWEEN SMD AND MIMA
𝗠𝗢𝗠𝗘𝗡𝗧 𝗢𝗙 𝗠𝗢𝗨 𝗦𝗜𝗚𝗡𝗜𝗡𝗚 𝗕𝗘𝗧𝗪𝗘𝗘𝗡 𝗦𝗣𝗘𝗖𝗧𝗥𝗘 𝗠𝗗 𝗔𝗡𝗗 𝗠𝗔𝗥𝗜𝗧𝗜𝗠𝗘 𝗜𝗡𝗦𝗧𝗜𝗧𝗨𝗘 𝗢𝗙 𝗠𝗔𝗟𝗔𝗬𝗦𝗜𝗔
23 February 2023, Spectre MD and the Maritime Institute of Malaysia (MIMA) signed a memorandum of understanding (MOU) to implement the use of document management iDiD, i-Agree, and i-Cert. The signing ceremony took place at the MIMA office, and was attended by representatives from both organizations.
The MOU outlines the terms and conditions for the implementation of the document management solution, including the roles and responsibilities of both parties. The software will be used to manage important documents and streamline workflows, ensuring greater efficiency and accuracy in document processing.

Their iDiD software will provide MIMA with a secure, user-friendly platform for managing documents, while the i-Agree and i-Cert modules will allow for easy and secure electronic signatures and certificates.
