During the subsequent visit to Qatar, Spectre MD, accompanied by a delegation from the Waqf Foundation of Malaysia, had the privilege of meeting with the Ministry of Endowment and Islamic Affairs of Qatar. They were warmly welcomed by His Excellency Ghanem bin Shaheen bin Ghanem Al Ghanim. The purpose of this meeting was to discuss the direction of waqf in Malaysia, with a particular focus on investment opportunities and high-impact waqf projects.

Among the key areas of discussion were the concepts of digital waqf, healthcare, and food security, which align with the current era of globalization. These topics reflect the evolving landscape of waqf initiatives, emphasizing not only traditional forms of endowment but also innovative approaches that address contemporary challenges and needs.

The engagement with His Excellency Ghanem bin Shaheen bin Ghanem Al Ghanim and the Ministry of Endowment and Islamic Affairs of Qatar underscores the importance of international collaboration in advancing waqf principles and practices.
